We are a small flower shop, not an advertising company. We do not have accounts, we do not follow you around the internet, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody. This page says exactly what happens to the few things we do handle.
If you use Try On, the picture is put together in your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us unless you tap to share it. If you do share it, we keep it for 30 days so we can see it in WhatsApp while we talk about your order, and then it is deleted automatically. Anyone with the link can see it during those days, so please only share the link with us. You never have to use Try On to order.
The green buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written, naming the garland you were looking at. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. From then on the conversation is an ordinary WhatsApp chat between you and us.
We count how many people tap the order button on each garland, so we know what to make more of. We do not store your address or your name. The count uses a scrambled fingerprint that cannot be turned back into a person, it changes every day on its own, and it is thrown away after a few days.
The garlands you save with the heart stay on your own phone and never reach us. Your language choice is remembered in a small cookie on your device, so the site opens in the right language next time. Clearing your browser removes both.
Message us on WhatsApp and ask. If you shared a Try On photo and want it gone before the month is up, say so and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.
